ONSITE:
Limited rooms are available at Banff Springs Hotel prior to, during, and following the conference. Prior to booking your rooms please ensure that you have registered for the conference. Failing to do so could result in a cancellation of your room under the uLead block.
To ensure you have space at the Banff Springs, make sure to register for the conference early.
Banff Springs is happy to offer uLead delegates a significantly discounted rate on rooms during the conference. Preferred rates will be made available when registration opens.
STAYING OFFSITE: Please note that there is no offsite shuttle operated by the conference. The city of Banff, does however typically have city wide transit.

Included in the registration is a full breakfast and lunch on Monday, full breakfast and large snack Tuesday, and a coffee breaks each day of the conference.

Discount codes are not able to be applied retroactively.
Please note that cancellations will be accepted prior to January 31, 2024 and are subject to a $75 administration fee.
After January 31, 2024, no refunds will be made available, however delegates would be permitted to send a colleague in their place.
